| Durham Campus installed MHD units on their 400 ton cooling tower chiller system, August 17/1999. Scale of approx. 1/8 inches was naturally removed, (approximately 18% of energy cost savings along with no chemical and manual labour cleaning). All done naturally with MHD. |

Scale from the cooling tower was removed naturally without the use of chemicals.
Ken Bright, now Project Manager, is holding energy robbing scale that was removed naturally without expensive and very toxic chemicals. Toxic chemicals that find their way back into our precious drinking water.
Scale was captured by a cyclonic type of filter. Magnetic Water Treatment (MWT) stops the growth of algae or other anaerobic bacteria. It enhances good aerobic types such as required for waste water treatment plants. See Noranda Mines NB
successes with my made in Canada rare earth metal magnetic applications.
The United States Coast Guard also states that in its evaluation that MWT reduced corrosion (centered pH) towards neutral. Corrosion coupon rates were less than one mil per year on cooling towers using this technology. MWT also saved an enormous amount of money by not using the very expensive chemicals. This also what the FTA and US Government’s Department of Energy (DOE) mentioned about chemical company’s total opposition to something natural.
